Statement
Timelines
The most definitive element in my work is line. All manner of line from ruled, divisive and dominant to gestural, drawn and incorporating. My paintings range from geometric abstract with no reference, to the introduction of linear landscape qualities. Even the Bokusho Series is based on the calligraphic line which is manipulated and collaged into the painting. This particular technique has merged with my other abstracts and creates yet another line to trace.
